The units are secure, modern and well priced. When you first take a unit you get to meet the team who show you around. There is a lot included which actually helps a lot. From the kit you can use to move your stuff into the units to the packaging and removal service too.This is a great service and well deserves its 5 star rating.

Squab moved us over 500 miles, from England to a remote part of Scotland. They were brilliant - flexible service, great communications and, on the day, incredibly helpful and hard working. I have had a great experience with Squab, the team are really helpful and responsive to all my questions. The extra service such as confidential waste disposal was also super useful. What an amazing resource in Stowmarket! The advert indicated secure shredding via Squab at the new Atex Business Park, so, having an accumulation of ‘sensitive’ paperwork I popped in and met Josh. He explained how the system works, I took away a few bags which can hold up to 16 kg and filled them. Took them back sealed and paid just £7 a bag, clean garage, well cleaner; job done! Easy!

My experience of Squab Storage has been exceptional!Establishing a new contract was extremely efficient and the team were very responsive to my queries and needs.The site is very well laid out with ample parking and access. The onsite facilities (including a great little cafe) are superb!Storage facilities are well apportioned and very easy to move your goods.Hands-down one of the best storage providers I've ever used. We love Squab Storage! They are friendly, helpful and flexible and were really accommodating during our recent changes. They aren’t the cheapest, but you definitely get your money’s worth here in facilities, access and flexibility.

Experienced their Shredding Service In Leamington Spa which was very easy to follow online to order and pay for the bags I required (up to 16kg per bag). Picked them up, filled them up with my paper, sealed the bags and then dropped off at their site. They then sent through a certificate of destruction. All in all a great easy and cost effective service. I will recommend this to my friends and use again.

Very impressed. Set in a lovely countryside environment. On-site coffee shop. The units are clean and modern and reasonably priced. I was dealing with Ann, who was amazing. Took her time to ensure I understood everything from making sure I didn't get locked in or set off the alarms as well as how not to get "squished" (her word) by removal vans. Highly recommended.

We needed a storage unit and a van at very short notice last summer.Everything was straightforward and we felt the staff were really helpful..The units were reasonably priced,easily accessible and very well organised.When we were able to downsize to a smaller unit that was easy too.Thank you to Kelsey and the team for all your help.

I would absolutely recommend Squab in Leamington for easy student storage over the summer. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the whole process, so far, has been very easy to navigate. The storage building and our unit were clean and well maintained. It’s in a lovely setting that looks very well cared for and even has a sweet little café on site where my son and I had lunch before setting off for home. Oh and it has really clean toilets too!

Used Squab for a house move. I used their packing service as well and it was worth the money as everything was packed extremely securely and far better than I could have done myself. A great weight of my mind! On the day the removal men were punctual, polite and hard working.Everything went smoothly and everything arrived safely with all the boxes labelled so we knew where they were going.Having moved into a new build property they took all necessary precautions to protect the new property (covers on staircase etc).They also recycle the packing materials where possible and will collect any boxes you can't unpack on the day, at a later date for no extra charge.You might find cheaper quotes, but I doubt you'd get this level of service.

I hired a van for moving house recently. The team at squab were very efficient and we’re very understanding when we weren’t going to get the van back by the required time. Strongly recommend, great service.

I stored my whole house contents at Squab Storage for a prolonged period due to new house purchases falling through and have been nothing but impressed by the secure and professional way they have looked after my belongings. We have just taken a storage unit at Squab’s Leamington site. It’s everything we wanted, very clean, easy to use, great location and other facilities on site, and most importantly secure. We also need access for multiple users, often beyond the normal working day, and Squab can arrange this too.The friendly, efficient and professional Squab team made the whole booking process easy. The prices are competitive, and we were offered a discounted price for a 12 month hire, which is better still!Squab also offer other services such as van hire, work-space hire and secure shredding, which we’ll probably use too.As a local charity looking for a cost effective storage solution with great security and good communication links, Squab ticks all the boxes.

I’ve hired a Peugeot Luton from Squab and use it to move my furniture to the new house one week ago and I definitely made the perfect choice as the team was very responsive, very polite and very helpful. The van was clean and spacious, easy to drive and easy to use.The instructions received from Steve were clear and I’ve been comfortable the whole time once I’ve started to use the van.I believe that if you provide the minimum level of diplomacy you’ll get it back, so in my case I just wanted to do my job and didn’t abuse the van.Highly recommend Squab, definitely a perfect choice if you’re in need of professional service. I hired a large van for 24 hours. The process was very slick and Andy and Anne were very responsive. The van was only a couple of years old and was perfect for what I needed. It came with a full tank of fuel which meant filling up to return it was much easier than trying to guess how much to put in. A lot cheaper than the alternatives I was looking and I would certainly recommend.

I hired a van at short notice and the booking was dealt with promptly. The booking process was smooth, as was pick up & return. The van itself was good quality and easy to drive. All in all a very good service.

I needed a small van to collect some items. After comparing sites I settled on Squab but the van I had been looking at wasn't available but a larger one was. I booked the larger and then enquired about the smaller one to be told that it was being repaired and if ready in time it would be booked to me. This occurred very quickly and I was informed about it a day or so prior to picking it up.The van was clean, sound and motored well with good fuel consumption. No complaints there at all.The initial welcome was pleasant and warm and efficient and all details were noted quickly. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and chatty.I would certainly recommend anyone wanting to rent a van to at least give Squab a try first.

We hired a storage unit whilst we waited for a house purchase to complete and also used Squab for the removals when we were ready to move. The storage unit itself was very secure, clean and easy to access with trollies etc provided to help move items in. The staff we dealt with were very helpful and friendly and everything was straightforward and easy to hire. The removals team that we dealt with were very professional throughout the quote stage and explained all of the options and what was included so it was easy to understand. On the day, the removals guys (Chris, Matty H and Sam) were extremely good, everything was carefully moved and put into the correct places, bed re-built, it all made what should be a very stressful day, a lot less stressful, would highly recommend!

If you've found another storage and van rental company better than Squab Leamington then you've done very well! All the staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely polite. A pleasure to deal with. The vans are clean and well looked after - all drive well. The storage facility is very clean and tidy, well lit and easy to use. If you've never used a 'lock up' before then it might be something of a surprise how clean, dry and secure they can be. Squab certainly is. Would certainly recommend!

We rented a 100 sq ft storage unit at Squab. We spoke to Andy and Anne at Squab, both of whom were very helpful and friendly. We went to visit before committing to the rental and Andy showed us around and answered all of our questions. We were really impressed with how good, modern and clean all of the facilities are and also with the assistance that we received from the staff there. The location is really handy for us, being on the outskirts of Warwick, which means we can get to it without getting stuck in town centre traffic and it's kind of nice how peaceful and quiet it feels while you're there, with it being in a lovely rural location.Prices were competitive with other local storage companies and we also got a discount for agreeing a 1 year rental and paying upfront (discount also available for 6 month commitments).They offer a bunch of other services which could be handy, for example van hire (discounted if you have storage there), removals, boxes and even some workspaces for rent if you need a desk somewhere.All the facilities are clean, well lit, secure and generally well presented. Goods lifts and trollies are available for free use, so having a unit which isn't on the ground floor isn't much of a problem. Lots of different sizes of unit are available. We went for the 100 sq ft one, even though a 75 sq ft one probably would have been big enough, as the 100 sq ft and above come with double doors, as you can see in the pictures, which makes getting large items in a bit easier.I should probably add that I'm not affiliated with Squab in any way and this review is simply a representation of my experience as a customer.

Van hire was excellent very good customer service a lot of other companies could learn from Squab. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Excellent from start to finish.

I rented a luton van from Squab to move some bulky items. The rental cost was affordable and the pick up / drop off process was easy. The van was in good condition and had a lower than normal floor height so loading was easier. The team clearly took the condition of their vans seriously.I would use Squab again for van hire.

Being a first time user of Squab Storage this week, I was impressed with the professional service from Andy and Anne when Andy was off for a day. Really professional, helpful and efficient service (van hire) - vans are all quite new and carefully cleaned after each hire, and prices are very reasonable. The option to return a van out of hours is also really useful. I have used Squab for van hire several times, and will certainly do so again next time I need a van.

Used this week to relocate a two story office. Good price (compared to competitors) and an excellent team of guys carried out the work on the day with no issues - would highly recommend.

Service i received was great from start to finish. I had a removal company deliver my items to Squabs facility, where we loaded the items into a Crate.Communication was great and always happy to answer question.When it was time i needed the items, they delivered the crate at relatively short notice and left the crate (inside a small trailer) for us to unload.Once we were finished a quick call and the crate was collected.If reason for storage arises again, will phone Squab and arrange storage.

I hired a luton van for two days for the purpose of moving house. I found hiring via Squab to be a good experience as I had to change the hire date a couple of times but this was no problem. The van itself was almost brand new with just 1,000 miles on the clock, it was therefore in very good condition inside and out. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful in providing additinal materials such as straps and blankets for my move. I would not hesitate to use Squab again. Thank you
